REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS (Rules and Regulations)
IBP Daily Training Online 2026/2027

Program Description:
IBP Daily Training Online runs from September 16, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and provides online access to the daily classes of the International Ballet Program.
The classes broadcast are the actual in-person classes held with IBP students and are not created or adapted specifically for online participants.
Online participants will be able to follow the normal course of the class, observing the exercises presented, the work of the IBP students, and the corrections given to them by the artistic directors and teachers.
The corrections provided during the classes are intended for the students present in the studio. The online program does not include supervision, assistance, or individual corrections for those participating remotely.

Program and times
Membership includes access to one 90-minute online lesson per day, Monday through Friday.
Lessons will take place according to the following indicative times:
Monday: 4:55 PM to 6:25 PM
Tuesday to Friday: 3:15 PM to 4:45 PM
Schedules may vary based on IBP’s teaching and organizational schedule. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants.
Classes will be broadcast live and recorded. If you’re unable to join the live stream, you’ll be able to watch the recording later.

Calendar and interruptions
The program follows the IBP academic calendar and includes vacations, holidays, and other days when classes will not be held.
The dates of the scheduled suspensions will be communicated to members in advance.
Holidays, scheduled suspensions, and any organizational changes do not entail reductions, refunds, compensations, or recoveries of the annual registration fee.
In the event of occasional technical problems that prevent the broadcast, connection, or recording of a lesson, failure to attend a single lesson will not entitle you to any reductions, refunds, or compensation on the annual fee.

Participation and Responsibility
IBP Daily Training Online provides access to lessons but does not include direct supervision of students taking the course remotely.
If a student decides to perform the exercises shown on their own, they do so at their own risk and, if a minor, under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
It is the responsibility of the student—or the parent or guardian in the case of a minor—to verify that:
the space used is adequate and safe;
the floor and any equipment are suitable;
the student’s physical condition is compatible with the activity;
the student immediately stops the activity in case of pain, discomfort, or difficulty.
The Monreart Foundation, the artistic directors, and the instructors cannot control the environment, the manner in which the exercises are performed, the equipment used, or the student’s physical condition.
Therefore, they assume no liability for any consequences resulting from activities carried out independently, in an unmonitored space, and without direct supervision.

Use of Lessons and Recordings
Access to the program, live lessons, and recordings is strictly personal and reserved for registered students.
Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, or made available to other people.
Classes and recordings may not be:
recorded or photographed;
downloaded or copied;
reproduced or transmitted;
shared with others;
published on websites, online platforms, or social networks;
transferred or sold, in whole or in part.
The contents of the program may not be used for commercial, educational, or professional purposes without the prior written authorization of the Monreart Foundation.
All content, exercises, and instructional materials remain the property of the Monreart Foundation and the respective teachers.

Additional Services
Registration includes only what is specified in this program.
Any additional services, such as private lessons, individual feedback, or access to additional classes, may be requested and arranged separately.

Registration fee
The annual membership fee is €590, payable in a single payment via Kajabi.
The fee represents the annual subscription to IBP Daily Training Online and not the purchase of individual lessons or a specific number of hours.
Once registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, absence, illness, injury, non-attendance, or failure to use available lessons and recordings.
By proceeding with payment, the member or, in the case of a minor, the parent or guardian declares that they have read, understood and accepted these conditions.
